Interactive 360° Panorama
An original righthand drive UK specification model, it was first registered new in August 1968 and has remained in current ownership since 2012. Finished in resplendent coral red with a contrasting vinyl tan and cream interior.
The car was resprayed and treated to a mechanical overhaul during the years of 2005-07 including a 126 Fiat engine and new synchromesh gearbox, making the driving experience even more pleasurable. The choke cable is currently disconnected as the improved carb allows the car to fire up without using the choke, also fitted with electronic ignition and wiring uprated to accommodate modern halogen bulbs, making the little 500 even more usable in the modern day.
The vendors states that the car has been MOT tested each year and done by a local classics expert who races at the Goodwood Revival. It has been kept garaged throughout his ownership.
A very smartly presented example that has benefitted from a considerable amount of attention over recent years. The red paintwork looks fresh and bright, the chrome and brightwork gleam in the sunshine, as do the hubcaps on the steel wheels. Inside, the stylish brown and white vinyl upholstery appears in unmarked condition. This charming little fiat is ready to be fully enjoyed and shown off to admirers, no other car raises as many smiles, definitely not to be missed.
Estimated at £7,500 - £9,500
