The current owner since 1984 is well known in the Singer Car club as an active member competing many European rallies in his own cars, this being one of them, but also for carrying out very high quality restorations on Singer cars.

The four-seater coachbuilt tourer is beautifully presented with an obvious attention to detail and correctness. Sitting on recently fitted and correct Dunlop 450-18 tyres on the front and 4.75 / 500 on the rear with Rudge Whitworth type wire wheels.

Visually appealing with Art Deco style front wings and no running boards which was only a combination for a few years. The Vendor advises that the steering is “ very precise and the car does not wander on the road“.

This well sorted car from a highly respected marque specialist with the combination of the flat folding windscreen is the perfect excuse to buy an Irvin flying jacket and goggles and experience the charm of open air pre-war motoring.

Auction: The Spring 2021 Classic Car Auction, 27th April 2021

Manor Park Classics launches the North West’s only permanent fixed venue classic vehicle auction.

Based at their purpose designed 30,000 square foot premises in Cheshire, Manor Park Classics will hold their inaugural auction on Tuesday 27th April, and this will be a classic vehicle sale with a difference.

Addressing the widely held frustrations with the traditional auction process, Manor Park Classics have set out to reduce the risk and anxiety for buyers and sellers alike and are focussing on a broad offering of genuine and interesting classic and collectors vehicles to present at their forthcoming auction.

An opening offer of no entry fees and no sellers commission give sellers the chance to realise the full ‘hammer price’. Along with free collection from anywhere on mainland UK and free storage in the secure, dry storage facility with 24/7 fire and security protection, sellers are offered a simpler process with a higher return.

A five day viewing period including evenings and weekends allows buyers the chance to view the cars at a time convenient to them. With on-site facilities to see the cars running and driving, as well as a four post inspection ramp, the risks of buying a car without a thorough inspection is completely reduced.

With a permanent site and superb secured storage facility cars can be delivered and collected, at the customers convenience, without the usual restrictions and constraints.
